Athletic Performance Trainers
The goal is to create a player who loves to learn, isn’t afraid to be creative, innovative and brave. Once a player is fully bought in on honing their lacrosse craft, we believe that the focus on athletic performance is crucial to a player moving from good to great. We have a network of trainers that we recommend and will be implementing them in our training curriculum.
