My skills were refined during my time at the junior college level when working as head coach at Anne Arundel Community College and WVU Potomac State, where I recruited players from all over the nation and assisted them in finding the right fit for them and their families at the four-year level for their continued education after their two years at the NJCAA level. Throughout my career, I have honed my expertise in mentoring players and their families during the college recruiting process.
